The invention provides a self-adaptive temperature control device of a space complex pipeline and a manufacturing method of the self-adaptive temperature control device, the self-adaptive temperature control device comprises an insulating film, a self-adaptive constant-temperature heating belt and a multi-layer heat insulation assembly, the pipeline is firstly wound with a layer of insulating film to serve as an insulating protection layer of the pipeline; uniformly winding a self-adaptive constant-temperature heating belt on the pipeline subjected to insulation protection, and fixing two ends of the pipeline; a layer of insulating film is wound on the outer side of the self-adaptive constant-temperature heating tape after winding and fixing are completed to serve as an insulating protection layer; and the outermost side is wound with multiple layers of heat insulation assemblies. The resistivity of the self-adaptive constant-temperature heating tape is sharply increased along with temperature rise near a certain transformation temperature, the heating power is sharply reduced along with temperature rise, temperature control over a complex pipeline is achieved, the weight and measurement and control resources of the whole temperature control device are greatly reduced, the implementation period is shortened, reliability is high, the flexible structure is achieved, and adaptability is good.

    本发明提供了一种空间复杂管路的自适应控温装置及其制作方法,包括绝缘膜、自适应恒温加热带和多层隔热组件,其中,管路上先缠绕一层绝缘膜作为管路的绝缘保护层;在绝缘保护后的管路上均匀缠绕自适应恒温加热带,并对两端进行固定;在缠绕并固定完成后的自适应恒温加热带外侧再缠绕一层绝缘膜作为绝缘保护层;最外侧缠绕多层隔热组件。本发明依靠自适应恒温加热带电阻率在一定转变温度附近随温度升高而急剧升高,发热功率随温度升高而急剧减小,实现对复杂管路的温度控制,整个控温装置大幅减轻重量和测控资源、实施周期缩短、可靠性高、柔性结构、适应性好。
