The invention relates to the field of fuel cells, and discloses a fuel cell cooling system which comprises a water pump, an electric pile, a heat exchanger and a support, the heat exchanger is used for being installed on a roof of an automobile, the heat exchanger inclines so that the air draft end of the heat exchanger inclines upwards, and an included angle formed between the bottom face of the heat exchanger and the support faces the tail of the automobile. The output end of the water pump is connected to the cooling liquid input end of the heat exchanger through a pipeline, the cooling liquid output end of the heat exchanger is connected to the cooling liquid input end of the electric pile through a pipeline, and the cooling liquid output end of the electric pile is connected to the cooling liquid input end of the water pump through a pipeline.
