The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy vehicles, and particularly relates to a fuel cell cooling module and a fuel cell cooling system. The fuel cell cooling module comprises a first refrigerator and a first radiator, the first refrigerator is arranged to reduce the temperature of a gas, the first radiator is arranged behind the first refrigerator along the flowing direction ofthe gas, the first radiator is arranged to be connected with a fuel cell and cool the fuel cell, the gas flows to the first radiator along the first refrigerator after being cooled, and the gas is arranged to cool the first radiator. A cooling liquid exchanges heat with surrounding gas through the first radiator to reduce the temperature of the cooling liquid so as to cool the fuel cell, and thetemperature of the gas flowing to the first radiator is reduced through the first refrigerator, so the temperature difference between the gas and the cooling liquid is increased, and the problem thatthe heat dissipation effect is poor due to the fact that the temperature difference between the gas and the cooling liquid is small in high-temperature weather is solved.
