The invention discloses a waterway bridge anti-collision laser early warning system and method. The waterway bridge anti-collision laser early warning system comprises an acquisition module, an analysis module, an early warning module and a feedback module. The acquisition module is used for acquiring operation parameters of a ship to obtain an environment operation coefficient of the ship, and analyzing and comparing the environment operation coefficient with an environment operation coefficient threshold to obtain a ship operation state signal; when an analysis module receives an environment influence danger signal in the running state signal, the analysis module obtains running parameters of the water running equipment and analyzes the running parameters; the early warning module is used for carrying out early warning analysis on the overwater operation equipment when the danger early warning signal is received; and the feedback module sends the received danger early warning signal to the laser control instrument, so that the laser control instrument emits light beams with different colors to prompt the overwater operation equipment, and the driving factors of the overwater operation equipment and the external environment factors are considered and analyzed, so that the overwater operation equipment can be monitored, and the safety of the overwater operation equipment is improved. And the danger that the overwater operation equipment collides with the bridge can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种水路桥梁防撞激光预警系统及方法,包括采集模块、分析模块、预警模块和反馈模块;采集模块用于采集船只的运行参数,得到该船只的环境运行系数,并与环境运行系数阈值进行分析比较,得到船只运行状态信号;分析模块当接收到运行状态信号中的环境影响危险信号时,获取该水上运行设备的行驶参数,并对行驶参数进行分析;预警模块:当接收到危险预警信号时,对该水上运行设备进行预警分析;反馈模块将接收到危险预警信号发送给激光控制仪,使得激光控制仪发出不同颜色的光束,对水上运行设备起到提示作用,本发明通过对水上运行设备的自身行驶因素和外界环境因素进行双重考量分析,可以有效避免水上运行设备与桥梁发生碰撞的危险。
