Existing facilities and equipment of the expressway can be fully utilized, the space-time utilization rate and the passing efficiency of the expressway are improved while the driving safety of the automatic driving vehicle is effectively guaranteed, and the investment cost of management and control of the automatic driving vehicle on the expressway is effectively reduced. Comprising the following steps: (1) calculating the average speed of automatic driving vehicles and the average speed of manual driving vehicles in a one-way expressway channel through expressway ETC portal data, and judging whether the number of automatic driving special lanes is increased or decreased by comparing the relation between the average speed of the automatic driving vehicles and the average speed of the manual driving vehicles; (2) respectively giving out management and control schemes when the number of lanes of the automatic driving special-purpose channel is increased and when the number of lanes of the automatic driving special-purpose channel is decreased; and (3) obtaining a management and control scheme of the automatic driving special channel according to the obtained lane state change and change time of each road section.

    本发明能够充分利用高速公路现有设施设备,在有效保障自动驾驶车辆行驶安全的同时,提升了高速公路的时空利用率和通行效率,有效降低了高速公路自动驾驶车辆管控的投资成本。包括:(1)通过高速公路ETC门架数据,计算单向高速公路通道中自动驾驶车辆平均速度和人工驾驶车辆平均速度,通过比较自动驾驶车辆平均速度与人工驾驶车辆平均速度的关系,判断是增加自动驾驶专用车道数还是减少自动驾驶专用车道数;(2)分别给出自动驾驶专用通道车道数增加时和自动驾驶专用通道车道数减少时的管控方案;(3)由上述得到的各路段车道状态变化及改变时间,得出自动驾驶专用通道的管控方案。
