The invention discloses a management and control method for emergency lanes during automatic driving of a highway, which comprises the following steps of: acquiring traffic flow in a target road section of the highway and the permeability of automatic driving vehicles in real time based on a vehicle-road cooperation technology, performing real-time prediction, and if the traffic flow in the target road section does not exceed the traffic capacity of the road section, judging whether the traffic flow in the target road section exceeds the traffic capacity of the road section. Continuing to keep the emergency lane closed for emergency use; and if the traffic flow in the target road section exceeds the traffic capacity of the road section and no emergency vehicle occupies the emergency lane at present, setting up the emergency lane and issuing related management and control information. If the permeability of the automatic driving vehicle is low, the emergency lane is opened to the automatic driving vehicle and the common vehicle for use, and if the permeability of the automatic driving vehicle is high, the emergency lane is only opened to the automatic driving vehicle for use. According to the method, in a vehicle-road coordination environment, the emergency lane management and control method under different traffic flows and automatic driving vehicle permeability in a highway section is realized.

    本发明公开了一种高速公路自动驾驶时应急车道的管控方法,包括基于车路协同技术,实时获取高速公路目标路段内交通流量以及自动驾驶车辆渗透率,并做出实时预测,若目标路段内的交通流量未超过该路段的可通行能力,继续保持应急车道关闭以供紧急情况使用;若目标路段内的交通流量超过该路段的可通行能力,且当前没有紧急车辆占用应急车道,考虑开设应急车道并发布相关管控信息。若自动驾驶车辆渗透率较低,应急车道开放给自动驾驶车辆和普通车辆使用,若自动驾驶车辆渗透率较高,应急车道只开放给自动驾驶车辆使用。该方法在车路协同环境中,实现高速公路路段内在不同交通流量以及自动驾驶车辆渗透率下的应急车道管控方法。
