The invention discloses a ship night navigation supervision system, and the system comprises an acquisition control module which is used for collecting a motion image and an environment image of the night navigation of a ship, and carrying out the detection and tracking of light spots in the motion image and the environment image, and obtaining the track information of the night navigation of the ship; the monitoring module is used for receiving the track information, monitoring the navigation speed and the navigation environment of the ship according to the track information, and feeding back an obtained first monitoring result to the early warning module; the early warning module comprises an anti-collision early warning module and a navigational speed early warning module; the anti-collision early warning module performs collision risk assessment and early warning on the navigation environment in the first monitoring result through a space and time urgency degree model; and the navigational speed early warning module compares the actual navigational speed of the ship in the first monitoring result with a navigational speed range threshold value through the ship navigational speed control range module, and carries out evaluation and early warning on the actual navigational speed of the ship. According to the invention, the ship state is monitored quantitatively, so that the safety of the ship in the driving process is improved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶夜间航行监管系统,包括:采集控制模块用于采集船舶夜间航行的运动图像和环境图像,并对运动图像和环境图像中的光斑进行检测和跟踪,得到夜间船舶航行的轨迹信息;监控模块用于接收轨迹信息,根据轨迹信息对船舶的航行速度和航行环境监控,将获得的第一监控结果反馈至预警模块;预警模块包括防撞预警模块和航速预警模块,防撞预警模块通过空间和时间紧迫度模型对第一监控结果中航行环境进行碰撞风险评估及预警;航速预警模块通过船舶航速控制范围模块比较第一监控结果中的船舶实际航速与航速范围阈值的大小,对船舶实际航速进行评估及预警。本发明通过定量的对船舶状态进行监控,提高了船舶行驶过程中的安全性。
