The invention relates to a weighting factor-based elevator maintenance quality comprehensive evaluation and analysis method, which comprises the following steps of: constructing a data table corresponding to inspection sub-items, head words and risk classification level rules for finding hidden dangers in elevator inspection, acquiring elevator data, and establishing an equipment inspection basic information table and an equipment inspection disqualification basic information table; finding out and marking equipment with medium and high risk hidden dangers; then, an elevator maintenance quality comprehensive evaluation model input table is constructed; constructing an elevator maintenance quality comprehensive evaluation system by adopting an analytic hierarchy process, and calculating weight vectors of evaluation factors in the system; and a comprehensive weighted evaluation method is adopted to calculate the multi-factor weighted comprehensive score of each maintenance unit for the model input table, and the maintenance unit with low maintenance quality is found out through comparative analysis. According to the method, data support can be provided for elevator inspection and safety supervision work, the maintenance quality of the elevator can be evaluated more comprehensively, and maintenance units with low maintenance quality can be identified more accurately.

    本发明涉及一种基于加权因子的电梯维保质量综合评价分析方法,包括构建电梯检验发现隐患的检验子项目、中心词与风险分类等级规则对应数据表,获取电梯的数据建立设备检验基本信息表和设备检验不合格基本信息表,找出存在中、高风险隐患的设备并进行标记;再并以此构建电梯维保质量综合评价模型输入表;采用层次分析法构建电梯维保质量综合评价体系,计算体系中评价因子的权重向量;采用综合加权评价法对模型输入表计算各维保单位的多因素加权综合得分,对比分析找出维保质量较低的维保单位。本发明能够为电梯检验与安全监管工作提供数据支撑,更能全方面的评价电梯的维保质量,更精准的识别维保质量较低的维保单位。
