The invention discloses an elevator maintenance system and an elevator maintenance method.In the elevator maintenance system, a knowledge base subsystem communicates with a mobile terminal and a large model subsystem, the mobile terminal responds to voice of maintenance personnel and generates a maintenance process request including an elevator ID of an elevator to be maintained, and the maintenance process request is sent to the large model subsystem; the maintenance flow request is sent to the big model subsystem through the knowledge base subsystem, the big model subsystem determines the maintenance index of the elevator to be maintained according to the elevator ID, generates the maintenance flow of the elevator to be maintained according to a preset generation rule, and sends the maintenance flow to the mobile terminal; and the mobile terminal carries out maintenance operation on the elevator to be maintained according to the maintenance process. According to the method, the maintenance process is dynamically generated for the large machine model, maintenance is executed through the mobile terminal, the experience of maintenance personnel is not needed, the maintenance efficiency is improved, the maintenance time consumption is shortened, the maintenance cost is reduced, the problem of inconsistent maintenance results caused by different personal experience of the maintenance personnel is avoided, and the maintenance quality is improved.

    本发明公开了一种电梯维保系统和电梯维保方法,在电梯维保系统中知识库子系统分别与移动终端、大模型子系统通信,移动终端响应维保人员的语音,生成包括待维保电梯的电梯ID的维保流程请求,并通过知识库子系统将维保流程请求发送到大模型子系统,大模型子系统根据电梯ID确定待维保电梯的维保指标,并根据预置的生成规则生成待维保电梯的维保流程,将维保流程发送到移动终端,移动终端根据维保流程对待维保电梯执行维保操作。实现了机器大模型动态生成维保流程以及通过移动终端执行维保,无需依赖维保人员的经验,提高了维保效率,缩短了维保耗时,降低了维保成本,避免维保人员个人经验不同导致维保结果不一致的问题,提高了维保质量。
