The invention discloses an emergency evacuation traffic flow distribution method and system, and the method comprises the steps: fusing network topology data, an evacuation origin, an evacuation destination and the number of evacuation objects, and determining a basic data set; determining the total evacuation time corresponding to all the evacuation objects according to the length of the passing road, the maximum driving speed of the vehicle on the road and the passing capacity of the passing road; determining an overall evacuation risk according to the predictable disaster basic information; constructing a traffic flow distribution model according to the total evacuation time and the evacuation risk; and determining a traffic flow distribution scheme by adopting a genetic algorithm according to the traffic flow distribution model. According to the invention, the traffic evacuation demand can be efficiently and reasonably distributed to the road network.

    本发明公开一种应急疏散交通配流方法及系统,该方法包括将网络拓扑数据、疏散原点、疏散的目的地以及疏散对象的数量进行融合,确定基础数据集;根据通行道路的长度、车辆在道路的最大行驶速度、通行道路的通行能力确定所有疏散对象对应的总体疏散时间;根据可预期灾害基本信息确定总体疏散风险;根据总体疏散时间和疏散风险构建交通配流模型;根据交通配流模型,采用遗传算法确定交通配流方案。本发明可高效、合理的将交通疏散需求分配到道路网上。
