The invention provides an all-steel truck radial tire base rubber composition which comprises the following components in parts by weight: natural rubber, hard carbon black, soft carbon black, a hydrazide modifier, an anti-reversion agent, oil-extended sulfur, an anti-aging agent, stearic acid, zinc oxide, rubber protection wax and an accelerant. The invention also provides a preparation method of the all-steel truck radial tire base rubber. According to the embodiment of the invention, by adding the hydrazide modifier, the vulcanization reversion property, the dispersity level and the aging residual rate of the base rubber are improved, the hysteresis loss is reduced, the hydrazide compound can promote the dispersion of hard carbon black and soft carbon black, and the aging resistance of the base rubber is improved; the anti-reversion agent can significantly improve the reversion resistance and aging residual rate of the base rubber, and improve the durability of the base rubber; by using the hard carbon black and the soft carbon black, the heat generation amount of the base rubber can be remarkably reduced while the hardness of the rubber material is ensured, and the technological processing performance of the base rubber is improved.

    本发明提供了全钢载重子午线轮胎基部胶组合物,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:天然橡胶、硬质炭黑、软质炭黑、酰肼类改性剂、抗硫化返原剂、充油硫黄、防老剂、硬脂酸、氧化锌、橡胶防护蜡、促进剂,本发明还提供了由上述全钢载重子午线轮胎基部胶的制备方法。本发明实施例通过加入酰肼类改性剂提高基部胶的硫化返原性、分散度级别、老化残留率,降低滞后损失,酰肼化合物能够促进硬质炭黑和软质炭黑的分散,提高基部胶的耐老化性能;抗硫化返原剂能够显著提高基部胶的耐硫化返原性和老化残留率,提高基部胶的耐久性能;通过使用硬质炭黑和软质炭黑,在保证胶料硬度的同时,能够显著降低基部胶的生热量,改善了基部胶的工艺加工性能。
