The invention provides a tower crane movable arm lifting amplitude variation control system which comprises a main oil pump, a reversing valve set and an executing mechanism. The other end of the main oil pump is connected with the reversing valve group to drive the actuating mechanism; the reversing valve group is connected with the executing mechanism; the executing mechanism is connected with a movable arm of the tower crane; the unloading valves are installed at the opening a and the opening b of the reversing valve respectively, so that the movable arm can stop in time, angle contact switches are arranged at hinge shafts of the movable arm respectively, and after the movable arm reaches a certain degree, the PLC can automatically control the movable arm to slow down.

    本发明提供的一种塔机动臂升降变幅控制系统,包括主油泵、换向阀组、执行机构;主油泵一端与油箱连接,另一端与换向阀组连接以驱动执行机构;所述换向阀组与执行机构连接,执行机构与塔机的动臂连接;所述执行机构包括变幅油缸和操纵杆本发明通过在换向阀的a口和b口处分别安装卸载阀,使动臂能够及时停止,并且通过在动臂铰链轴处分别设置角度接触开关,使动臂达到一定形成后PLC控制器能够自动控制动臂减速。
