The invention discloses a boom device for a boom tower crane, a hoisting rope winding method and the boom tower crane, the boom device comprises a boom frame and a rope winding pulley assembly, the boom root end of the boom frame can be arranged on an upper support of the boom tower crane in a pitching variable-amplitude mode, and a boom tip guide wheel of the rope winding pulley assembly is arranged at the boom tip end of the boom frame. The rope inlet guide wheel is arranged on the upper side of the cargo boom frame and is far away from the boom root end, and the rope outlet guide wheel is arranged in the cargo boom frame and located on the side, away from the boom tip end, of the rope inlet guide wheel, so that the free end of a lifting rope wound on a lifting winding drum of the balance boom sequentially bypasses the rope inlet guide wheel, the rope outlet guide wheel and the boom tip guide wheel to be connected with a lifting hook. The whole rope winding pulley assembly is arranged on the cargo boom frame, and the purposes of reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the A-shaped frame, the rope winding complexity and the maintenance and protection difficulty are obviously achieved.

    本发明公开一种动臂塔机用起重臂装置、起升绳绕绳方法及动臂塔机,起重臂装置包括起重臂架和绕绳滑轮组件,起重臂架的臂根端可俯仰变幅地设于动臂塔机的上支座上,绕绳滑轮组件的臂尖导轮设于起重臂架的臂尖端,进绳导轮设于起重臂架的上侧并远离臂根端设置,出绳导轮设于起重臂架的内部并位于进绳导轮背离臂尖端的一侧,以使得卷设于平衡臂架的起升卷筒上的起升绳的自由端依次绕过进绳导轮、出绳导轮和臂尖导轮与吊钩相连,则本发明将整个绕绳滑轮组件全部设于起重臂架上,明显达到了降低A字架制造难度、绕绳复杂度以及维护保护难度的目的。
