The invention relates to a wind turbine generator tower tube elevator steel wire rope damage monitoring device which is installed on an elevator rack and used for detecting damage of a steel wire rope. Comprising an electromagnetic lock, a steel wire rope broken strand detection device, a steel wire rope loose strand detection device and a controller. The steel wire rope loose strand detection device comprises a fixing cylinder, a sealing plate, a first sliding plate, a first detection rod, a travel switch mounting plate, a first travel switch, a second sliding plate, a second detection rod, a second travel switch and a spring. The steel wire rope strand breakage detection device comprises a support, a disc and a third travel switch. The device has the beneficial effects that when the steel wire rope is broken, the broken steel wire rope drives the sliding plate to compress the spring, and the sliding plate drives the detection rod to abut against the first travel switch or the second travel switch; the electromagnetic lock clamps the steel wire rope; when the steel wire rope is broken, the steel wire rope is broken; a roller of the third travel switch faces one end of the steel wire rope, the steel wire rope is clamped by the electromagnetic lock, and accidents are prevented.

    本发明涉及一种风电机组塔筒升降机钢丝绳损伤监测装置,安装在升降机机架上,用于探测钢丝绳的损伤;包括设电磁锁、钢丝绳断股探测装置、钢丝绳散股探测装置以及控制器;所述钢丝绳散股探测装置包括固定筒、封闭板、第一滑板、第一探测杆、行程开关安装板、第一行程开关、第二滑板、第二探测杆、第二行程开关以及弹簧;钢丝绳断股探测装置包括支架、圆盘以及第三行程开关;本发明的有益效果是,当钢丝绳断丝时,破损后的钢丝绳带动滑板压缩弹簧,滑板带动探测杆与第一行程开关或第二行程开关抵接;电磁锁卡住钢丝绳;当钢丝绳有断股的情况发生;所述第三行程开关的滚轮会向钢丝绳一端,电磁锁将钢丝绳卡住,防止事故发生。
