The invention discloses an elevator composite steel belt steel wire rope core damage monitoring method, based on a monitoring device, the monitoring device can collect electromagnetic signal data of an elevator composite steel belt steel wire rope core, and the signal data is transmitted to an upper computer through a signal collection unit; a steel wire rope core damage evaluation model based on a convolutional neural network and a multi-target genetic algorithm optimization support vector machine is established in the upper computer, quantitative recognition of steel wire rope core damage is judged through analysis signals, and compared with a traditional recognition method, the recognition accuracy is high. According to the monitoring method, online damage monitoring and quantitative damage evaluation and positioning of the elevator steel belt steel wire rope core can be achieved, and safe operation of an elevator is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种电梯复合钢带钢丝绳芯损伤监测方法,基于监测装置、所述监测装置能够采集电梯复合钢带钢丝绳芯的电磁信号数据,并经过信号采集单元将信号数据输送至上位机;上位机内通过建立基于卷积神经网络及多目标遗传算法优化支持向量机的钢丝绳芯损伤评估模型,实现利用分析信号来判断钢丝绳芯损伤的定量识别,相比传统的识别方法,识别准确率高。该监测方法能够对电梯钢带钢丝绳芯的损伤在线监测和损伤的定量评估及定位,保证电梯安全运行。
