A second metal layer and a first metal layer are sequentially arranged on a flexible substrate; the first metal layer and the second metal layer are made of materials with opposite thermal deformation trends, and the side of the topological grid structure and the beam structure form a bimetallic beam section; when the first metal layer and the second metal layer are subjected to electric heating driving, the heated second metal layer generates a shrinkage trend in the axial direction, the first metal layer generates an extension trend in the axial direction, and a thermal mismatching effect causes bending of the bimetal beam section in the vertical axial direction; under the action of hinges provided by the edges of the topological latticed structure, the flexible substrate is bent in the vertical axial direction in a self-adaptive mode, the double-metal beam sections can drive the flexible substrate to be reconstructed into a curved surface from a flat plate, and therefore the purpose of improving the flexural rigidity is achieved, accessory equipment does not need to be added when the area of the reflection sail is increased, and the area-to-mass ratio is increased.
本发明属于航空航天技术领域,提出了一种刚度增强与可变构型的太阳帆、航天器及其驱动方法,在柔性基底上依次设置第二金属层和第一金属层;第一金属层和第二金属层采用受热变形趋势相反的材料,拓扑网格状结构边和梁结构构成双金属梁段;对第一金属层和第二金属层进行电热驱动时,受热的第二金属层产生在轴向上的收缩趋势,而第一金属层产生在轴向上的伸长趋势,热不匹配效应引起双金属梁段沿垂直轴向上的弯曲;在拓扑网格状结构边所提供的铰链作用下,柔性基底自适应地发生沿垂直轴向上的弯曲,多个双金属梁段可驱动柔性基底由平板重构为曲面,从而达到提高抗弯刚度的目的,在增加反射帆面积时不需要添加附属设备,提高了面质比。
