The invention discloses a wall-climbing robot device suitable for a curved surface structure. The vehicle body frame comprises two vehicle body units, robot chassis of the two vehicle body units are movably connected through a rotating spherical hinge, the wheel motors are fixedly installed on the lower surfaces of the robot chassis, the wheels are connected with output shafts of the wheel motors, and the laser distance measuring sensors, the signal processing modules and the acceleration sensors are all installed on the robot chassis. The camera is movably connected with the robot chassis through the connecting mechanism, the sponge mat is installed at the lower end of the suction cup, the universal wheels are connected to the lower portion of the suction cup through spring hinges, the upper portion of the suction cup is sleeved with the inner fixing ring, and the outer fixing ring is coaxially and movably connected with the inner fixing ring through two sets of bearing units. The outer fixing ring is coaxially and movably connected with the robot chassis through the other two sets of bearing units. The device has the characteristics of reliable adsorption, curved surface adaptation, automatic navigation and positioning, automatic traversal and manual remote control, and can be attached to the wall surface in an optimal posture so as to realize reliable adsorption.
