The invention discloses a refrigeration control method and system for a compressor shared by an air conditioner and a battery of a pure electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the cooling information of a power battery and the cooling information of a passenger compartment, and judging a mode of a vehicle cooling demand according to the cooling information of the power battery and the cooling information of the passenger compartment; and the on-off state of a stop valve in an air conditioner refrigerant loop, the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve in a power battery refrigerant loop and the rotating speed of an electric compressor are controlled according to different modes of the vehicle cooling requirement. The actuator can be reasonably controlled under the working conditions of normal and special cooling requirements of the pure electric vehicle, and particularly, the control method under the special cooling working condition can ensure that the temperature of a passenger compartment and the water temperature of a battery are maintained within an acceptable range, and excessive cooling cannot be caused; and the problem of durability reduction caused by frequent actuation of the executive device is avoided, and a certain effect on energy consumption reduction is also achieved.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动车空调和电池共用压缩机的制冷控制方法及系统,获取动力电池的冷却信息、乘员舱的冷却信息,根据动力电池的冷却信息和乘员舱的冷却信息判断车辆冷却需求所处的模式,根据车辆冷却需求所处模式的不同控制空调冷媒回路中截止阀的通断状态、动力电池冷媒回路中的电子膨胀阀的开度大小以及电动压缩机的转速大小。本发明可在纯电动车辆在正常和特殊冷却需求工况下对执行器进行合理控制,特别是在特殊冷却工况下的控制方法可以保证乘员舱温度和电池水温维持在可接受的范围内,不会造成过度冷却,也保证了执行器件不会因此频繁作动而导致耐久性降低的问题发生,对能耗的降低也有一定效果。
