The invention discloses a rapid refrigeration control method for a vehicle air conditioner compressor of an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: setting a target temperature Ta, and collecting an environment temperature Tb; the temperature value of the target temperature Ta is compared with the temperature value of the environment temperature Tb, and corresponding refrigeration control is conducted according to the comparison result; if the target temperature Ta is greater than the environment temperature Tb; if yes, the minimum power control method is carried out for control, and if not, the non-inductive FOC vector controller controls an air conditioner compressor to adjust the output of the air conditioner system; if the target temperature Ta is less than or equal to the environment temperature Tb; if yes, the optimal power control method is carried out for control, and the non-inductive FOC vector controller controls an air conditioner compressor to adjust output of an air conditioner system; the method does not need to additionally increase the cost of the air conditioning system, does not need to modify the internal structure of the compressor, replace refrigerants and other changes with high difficulty, only optimizes the control algorithm, does not need to additionally increase devices, saves the cost, and reduces the change difficulty of the system.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车车用空调压缩机快速制冷控制方法,设定目标温度Ta,同时对环境温度Tb进行采集;通过对目标温度Ta的温度数值与环境温度Tb温度数值进行比较,并根据比较结果来进行相应的制冷控制;若当目标温度Ta>环境温度Tb;则进行最少功率控制方法进行控制,则无感FOC矢量控制器对空调压缩机进行控制,来调节对空调系统输出;若当目标温度Ta≤环境温度Tb;则进行最优功率控制方法进行控制,则无感FOC矢量控制器对空调压缩机进行控制,来调节对空调系统输出;本发明不需要额外增加空调系统成本,不需要修改压缩机内部结构和更换冷媒等难度较高改动,只从控制算法上进行优化,不需要额外增加器件,节约成本,降低系统变更难度。
