The invention belongs to the field of mechanical automation engineering, and particularly relates to a self-adaptive wall-climbing magnetic particle detection robot which is characterized in that driving modules are respectively mounted at four corners of a chassis of the robot, and each driving module comprises an adsorption moving assembly; the magnetic suspension spraying module, the magnetic powder detection module, the automatic welding seam tracking module and the fluorescence feedback module are sequentially installed at the bottom of the chassis, the lifting module is installed at the top of the chassis and penetrates through the robot chassis to be connected with one end of the suspension module, and the other end of the suspension module is connected with the magnetic powder detection module. A control module and an auxiliary device are installed on the top of the chassis. Adsorption movement of the robot on the wall face of the ferromagnetic material can be achieved, automatic tracking is achieved along the welding seam, and magnetic powder detection and video feedback of the welding seam are achieved. The method has the characteristics of automatic tracking, flexible control, high adaptability and the like.

    本发明属于机械自动化工程领域,具体地说是一种自适应爬壁磁粉检测机器人,驱动模块分别安装在机器人的底盘的四个角上,每个驱动模块包含一个吸附移动组件,底盘底部依次安装有磁悬液喷淋模块、磁粉检测模块、焊缝自动跟踪模块及荧光反馈模块,提升模块安装在底盘的顶部,并穿过机器人底盘与悬挂模块的一端相连,悬挂模块的另一端与磁粉检测模块相连,底盘的顶部安装有控制模块及辅助装置。本发明可以实现机器人在铁磁材料的壁面的吸附运动,沿焊缝实现自动跟踪,并实现对焊缝的磁粉检测及视频反馈。本发明具有自动跟踪、控制灵活、适应性强等特点。
