The invention discloses a current sampling-based electromagnetic valve current control method for a vehicle body stabilization system, and relates to the technical field of automobile chassis braking system control, comprising a current sampling and processing module, an electromagnetic coil resistance model module and a current closed-loop control module, the current sampling and processing module collects actual high-frequency current sampling values in a PWM control period, and calculates an average value of the current sampling values to realize current closed-loop control; the electromagnetic coil resistance model module is used for calculating a heating value according to the average value of the square of the current sampling values, calculating heat conduction in combination with the environment temperature, and giving out iterative calculation of actual coil resistance; and the current closed-loop control module calculates the duty ratio of the electromagnetic valve driving signal according to the target current based on the actual coil resistance and the average value of the current sampling values. Electromagnetic valve current control is achieved through the PWM control technology, and therefore the effects of continuous linear control over the pressure of the electromagnetic valve and noise optimization are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于电流采样的车身稳定系统电磁阀电流控制方法,涉及汽车底盘制动系统控制技术领域,包括电流采样与处理模块、电磁线圈电阻模型模块与电流闭环控制模块,电流采样与处理模块采集一个PWM控制周期内实际的高频电流采样值,计算得出电流采样值的平均值,以实现电流闭环控制;并且计算得出电流采样值平方的平均值,电磁线圈电阻模型模块根据电流采样值平方的平均值计算发热量,并结合环境温度计算热传导,给出实际线圈电阻的迭代计算;电流闭环控制模块基于实际线圈电阻和电流采样值的平均值,根据目标电流计算电磁阀驱动信号的占空比。本发明PWM控制技术实现电磁阀电流控制,从而实现电磁阀压力的连续线性控制,优化噪音问题的效果。
