The invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom ornithopter take-off and landing device and a testing device.Taking one of the devices as an example, the multi-degree-of-freedom ornithopter take-off and landing device comprises a frame body, a lifting device and a testing device, a controller; the linear module is in driving connection with a sliding frame, and the sliding frame is provided with a rotating platform; a pitching module; the pitching module drives the rolling module to do pitching motion; the rolling module drives the cantilever to rotate; the releasing module is used for clamping or releasing the ornithopter; the front end of the kinetic energy elastic piece is connected to the cantilever, the rear end of the kinetic energy elastic piece is connected with the release module, and the kinetic energy elastic piece provides kinetic energy for the release module; the traction module is in driving connection with the release module and enables the kinetic energy elastic piece to be stretched or released; and the position detector is used for detecting the position where the release module slides to the original length of the kinetic energy elastic piece, and the position detector, the traction module, the release module, the rolling module, the pitching module and the linear module are all electrically connected with the controller.
