The invention relates to an underwater emergency automatic floating device. The device comprises a chemical reaction chamber, a water-soluble spacer and an air bag, wherein the water-soluble spacer and the air bag are arranged in the chemical reaction chamber. The chemical reaction chamber has a first chemical chamber and a second chemical chamber, one portion of the water-soluble spacer faces the first chemical chamber, and the other portion of the water-soluble spacer faces the second chemical chamber, and after the water-soluble spacer encounters water, the first chemical chamber and the second chemical chamber are communicated to trigger chemical reaction and generate gas. The air bag is arranged at the peripheral part of the automatic floating device and is communicated with the chemical reaction chamber to receive gas generated by chemical reaction. After water enters the chemical reaction chamber of the underwater emergency automatic floating device provided by the invention, a chemical reaction is automatically carried out to generate gas.
