The invention discloses a multi-gun mixed parallel charging method for a direct current charging pile. The multi-gun mixed parallel charging method comprises the two steps of building a multi-gun mixed parallel charging system and operating the multi-gun mixed parallel charging system. In the first step, charging piles participating in the multi-gun mixed parallel charging system and charging guns of the charging piles are sequentially selected, the charging guns are inserted into direct-current charging interfaces of vehicles to be charged, and when connection is normal, a master-slave charging gun dynamic automatic distribution mechanism of the charging guns is triggered. And after the multi-gun mixed parallel charging system is established, the charging guns are numbered according to the distribution capacity, and the zero charging gun with the maximum distribution capacity serves as the main charging gun. In the second step, after the multi-gun hybrid parallel charging system is triggered to operate, the multi-gun hybrid parallel charging system is subjected to the stages of low-voltage auxiliary power-on, charging handshake, insulation detection, charging parameter configuration, charging and charging ending, and the main charging gun guides the slave charging gun to complete the work of each stage while performing message interaction with the power battery BMS system. The slave charging gun does not perform message interaction with the power battery BMS system. By adopting the multi-gun mixed parallel charging method for the direct current charging pile provided by the invention, the vehicle can be charged by selecting a plurality of direct current charging guns nearby the vehicle parking space, so that the charging convenience of the large electric vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种直流充电桩多枪混合并充的方法,所述多枪混合并充的方法分为组建多枪混合并充系统和运行多枪混合并充系统两个步骤。在步骤一中,依次选取参与多枪混合并充系统的充电桩及其充电枪,将充电枪插入待充电车辆直流充电接口,连接正常即触发该充电枪的主从充电枪动态自动分配机制。待多枪混合并充系统组建完毕时,充电枪按所分配能力大小已被编好号,分配能力最大的0号为主充电枪。在步骤二中,多枪混合并充系统被触发运行后历经低压辅助上电、充电握手、绝缘检测、充电参数配置、充电和充电结束各阶段,主充电枪与动力电池BMS系统进行报文交互的同时导引从充电枪完成各阶段的工作,从充电枪不与动力电池BMS系统进行报文交互。采用本发明所提出的直流充电桩多枪混合并充方法,在车辆停车位周围就近选取多个直流充电枪即可为其充电,提高了大型电动车辆充电的便捷性。
