    本发明所述穿梭车维护提升机及其方法,提出一种专用维护提升设备及其使用方法,在对穿梭车进行检修时不影响其他车辆作业、多穿系统仍能正常运行,同时便于穿梭车转运而不影响出入库效率,从而实现穿梭车转运与货架现场检修的两种检修操作,达到显著降低作业人员劳动负荷、提高检修质量与效率的设计目的。包括提升机架体,提升机架体通过数组横梁对应地连接于多穿系统的货架;在提升机架体顶部设置有遥控吊拉葫芦,沿提升机架体侧部滑动连接有用于承载工装车的提升组件,在提升机架体侧部横向地连接一组或数组用于穿梭车行走、以进出工装车的过渡导轨;所述的提升组件具有提升组件架体,在提升组件架体两侧设置有数组导向轮组件,导向轮组件从两侧向中间夹持于提升机架体。
