The invention provides a motor control method of a hydrogen fuel cell automobile, and relates to the field of hydrogen fuel cell automobiles. The motor control method of the hydrogen fuel cell automobile is realized based on a vehicle control unit, a motor controller, a motor and a speed reducer, the vehicle control unit is electrically connected with the motor through a high-voltage wire harness, and the vehicle control unit is connected with the motor controller through a controller local area network. The method comprises the steps of S1, driver intention analysis, S2, starting driving control, S3, driving driving control, S4, braking energy recovery control and S5, energy distribution control. The expected output power opening degree curves of the accelerator pedal and the driving motor are introduced, the vehicle control unit is adopted to obtain the opening degree information of the accelerator pedal of the vehicle, the input curves are compared, the driving state of the vehicle and the operation intention of a driver are determined, and the motor is conveniently controlled through the motor controller to conduct torque and torque adjustment subsequently; and the overall practicability and functionality of the method are improved.
