The invention discloses a hydrogen fuel cell automobile hydrogen suspension based on a metal corrugated pipe air bag. The hydrogen fuel cell automobile hydrogen suspension comprises a hydrogen suspension unit, an inflation control unit and a deflation control unit. The hydrogen suspension unit comprises a hydrogen air bag, a shock absorber is arranged in the hydrogen air bag, and the front end and the rear end of the hydrogen air bag are communicated with a main path hydrogen supply system of the hydrogen fuel cell automobile through an inflation pipeline and a deflation pipeline respectively; the inflation control unit comprises a first suspension pressure reducing valve, a first one-way valve and a first electromagnetic valve; the deflation control unit comprises a second suspension pressure reducing valve, a second one-way valve and a second electromagnetic valve. A gas storage bottle, a compressor, a dryer and a filter which are independently arranged are not arranged, and the occupied space is small. Meanwhile, in the running process of the vehicle, the shock absorber can convert mechanical energy into heat energy of hydrogen in the hydrogen air bag through vibration, the temperature is further increased after throttling and pressure reduction by combining the Joule-Thomson effect of the hydrogen, the hydrogen at the proper temperature can be provided for the electric pile, and the energy consumption for additionally heating the hydrogen at the inlet of the fuel cell electric pile is further reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于金属波纹管气囊的氢燃料电池汽车氢气悬架,包括氢气悬架单元、充气控制单元和放气控制单元;氢气悬架单元包括氢气气囊,在氢气气囊的内部设有减震器,氢气气囊的前、后端分别通过充气管路和放气管路与氢燃料电池汽车的主路供氢系统连通;充气控制单元包括第一悬架减压阀、第一单向阀和第一电磁阀;放气控制单元包括第二悬架减压阀、第二单向阀和第二电磁阀。本发明没有单独设置的储气瓶,压缩机、干燥器和过滤器,其占用体积小。同时车辆在行驶过程中,减震器会通过震动将机械能转化为氢气气囊中氢气的热能,结合氢气的焦耳汤姆逊效应,在节流减压后进一步升温,可以给电堆提供合适温度的氢气,进一步减少额外对燃料电池电堆入口处氢气加热的能耗。
