The invention provides an engineering machinery construction climbing device and a climbing method thereof.The engineering machinery construction climbing device comprises a movable base, universal wheels and a vertical plate, the universal wheels are installed on the bottom face of the movable base, the vertical plate is connected to the surface of one end of the movable base, and a control cabinet is installed at the joint of the vertical plate and the movable base; a first driving motor is mounted at the top of the vertical plate, and a driving screw rod is mounted at the output end of the first driving motor; a construction pipeline is placed at notches of two lifting blocks, then a control cabinet is controlled, a first driving motor is started to rotate, meanwhile, a limiting block at the bottom end of a driving screw rod is driven to rotate along an opening in the surface of a bearing block, and then through mutual cooperation of a threaded sleeve, a concave wheel, a belt, a linkage wheel and a driven screw rod, the construction pipeline is driven to rotate. According to the climbing device, the construction pipeline climbs on one side of the vertical plate through the lifting block, constructors can assemble the pipeline at a high position conveniently, and the climbing device is small in size, low in cost, simple in structure and convenient to use.

    本发明提供一种工程机械施工爬升装置及其爬升方法,包括移动基座、万向轮和立板,所述移动基座的底面安装有万向轮,所述移动基座的一端表面连接有立板,所述立板和移动基座连接处安装有控制柜;所述立板的顶部安装有第一驱动电机,所述第一驱动电机的输出端安装有主动螺杆;本发明通过将施工管道放置在两个升降块的凹口处,接着通过控制控制柜,启动第一驱动电机进行旋转,同时带动主动螺杆底端的限位块沿着承接块表面的开口进行旋转,接着通过螺纹套、凹轮、皮带、联动轮和从动螺杆之间的相互配合,使得施工管道通过升降块在立板的一侧进行爬升,方便施工人员管道进行高处组装,该爬升装置体积小,耗资少,结构简单,方便使用。
