The embodiment of the invention discloses a load speed regulation conversion control method based on a limited angle torque motor, and relates to the technical field of automatic control. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a hoisting instruction; measuring the hoisting tension at the current moment through a pressure sensor mounted at the hoisting hook; determining a target duty ratio of a PWM wave according to the hoisting tension; and inputting PWM waves with the duty ratio being the target duty ratio into a limited angle torque motor for hoisting so as to regulate the speed of the limited angle torque motor. According to the invention, the input duty ratio of the limited angle torque motor can be automatically adjusted according to the collected hoisting tension, so that a load can be rapidly hoisted, the hoisting working efficiency is improved, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.

    本发明的实施例公开基于有限转角力矩电动机的负载调速变换控制方法,涉及自动控制技术领域。所述方法,包括:接收吊装指令;通过吊装钩处安装的压力传感器测量当前时刻的吊装拉力;根据所述吊装拉力确定PWM波的目标占空比;向用于吊装的有限转角力矩电动机输入占空比为所述目标占空比的PWM波,以对所述有限转角力矩电动机进行调速。本发明能够根据采集到的吊装拉力,自动的调整有限转角力矩电动机输入占空比,使得负载可以快速被吊起,提高了吊装工作效率和设备使用寿命。
