The invention discloses a ballastless track bed concrete construction leveling robot which comprises a main body frame, side frame assemblies capable of being adjusted in a lifting mode are arranged on the two sides of the main body frame correspondingly, a walking track frame capable of being adjusted horizontally is arranged below the side frame assemblies, and a plurality of outer walking wheels are arranged on the outer edge of the walking track frame correspondingly. A plurality of monitoring sensors are further arranged on the edge of the outer side of the walking track frame; a plurality of groups of leveling lifting assemblies are arranged in front of or behind the main body frame, a leveling frame is connected below the leveling lifting assemblies, a leveling plate is arranged below the leveling frame, and a leveling motor is arranged on the leveling plate. The concrete construction leveling robot can walk by itself, can complete the concrete leveling operation task within the specified working range, can replace manual leveling operation during ballastless track bed concrete pouring construction, and has the effects of reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the construction operation efficiency and the construction quality.

    本发明公开一种无砟轨道道床混凝土施工整平机器人,包括主体框架,所述主体框架的两侧分别设有可升降调节的侧框架组件,所述侧框架组件的下方设有可水平调节的行走轨道架,所述行走轨道架的外边缘分别设有多个外行走轮,所述行走轨道架的外侧边缘还设有多个监测传感器;所述主体框架的前方或者后方设有若干组整平升降组件,所述整平升降组件的下方连接有整平框架,所述整平框架下方具有整平板,所述整平板上设有整平电机。本混凝土施工整平机器人能够自行走,并完成规定工作范围内的混凝土整平作业任务,能够代替人工对无砟轨道道床混凝土浇筑施工时的整平作业,起到降低工人劳动强度、提高施工作业效率和施工质量的作用。
