The invention provides an intelligent monitoring and early warning system for the safety state of a tower crane. The intelligent monitoring and early warning system comprises a monitoring system principle module, a monitoring system installation module, a monitoring system operation module and a monitoring system processing module. According to the invention, non-contact monitoring can be realized, the flexibility is high, and the stability is high. A non-contact monitoring method is adopted to monitor the tower crane, arrangement and installation of a strain or displacement sensor on the surface of the tower crane are avoided, the flexibility is high, and the monitoring system is easy to repair and high in stability when going wrong. The monitoring indexes are comprehensive and updated in real time, and the monitoring process can be more accurate. By means of threshold value, frequency, time sequence information, artificial intelligence and the like, multiple early warning indexes are set, and comprehensive intelligent monitoring of the safety state of the tower crane is achieved; meanwhile, the model can be continuously updated according to real-time monitoring data, and the self-perfection capability of the model in the monitoring process is high.

    本发明提供了一种塔吊安全状态智能监测与预警系统,包括:监测系统原理模块、监测系统安装模块、监测系统运行模块与监测系统处理模块。本发明可以实现无接触式监测,灵活性强、稳定性高。本发明采用无接触式监测方法,对塔吊进行监测,避免在塔吊表面设置安装应变或位移传感器,灵活性强,且在监测系统出现问题时易于修复,稳定性高。本发明监测指标全面,实时更新,监测过程可更加精确。本发明利用阈值、频率、时序信息、人工智能等手段,设置多重预警指标,实现塔吊监测安全状态的全面智能监测;同时可以根据实时监测数据,不断更新模型,在监测过程中模型自我完善能力强。
