The invention relates to a ship block inlaying and carrying method. The method comprises the following steps that block division is adjusted; optimizing a carrying sequence, and defining an enforcement scheme of inlaying carrying; through finite element software analysis, the arrangement position of the adjusted outer plate support is determined, and data matching work is carried out in the assembling stage; completing the carrying of the blocks at the bow and stern ends of the ship; a time period close to the predicted temperature when the middle block is carried is selected for data simulation measurement; analyzing the simulation measurement data; allowance scribing and cutting work is completed according to the analysis data, so that the block meets the precision control requirement; completing scaffold dismounting and site cleaning, and making preparation for middle block carrying; and inlaying and carrying the middle block. According to the ship block inlaying and carrying method, the use amount of outer plate supports in the ship building and carrying process is reduced, the block carrying efficiency is improved, and the ship building period is shortened.

    本发明涉及一种船舶总段嵌补搭载的方法,包括以下步骤:调整总段划分;优化搭载顺序,明确嵌补搭载的实施方案;通过有限元软件分析,确定调整后外板支撑布置位置,在总组阶段开展数据匹配工作;完成船舶艏艉两端总段的搭载;选取与中间总段搭载时预计温度相近的时间段进行数据模拟测量;对模拟测量数据进行分析;根据分析数据完成余量划线和修割工作,使总段达到精度控制要求;完成脚手拆除、场地清理,为中间总段搭载做准备;嵌补搭载中间总段。本发明的一种船舶总段嵌补搭载的方法,减少了船舶建造搭载过程中外板支撑的使用量,提高了总段搭载的效率,缩短了船舶建造周期。
