The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to a process method for controlling ship block carrying precision, which comprises the following steps of: S1, after building a block of a ship, measuring the block to obtain three-dimensional data of the block; s2, performing comparison processing on the three-dimensional data and design data to form a segmented precision adjusting report; s3, correcting the segments according to the segment precision adjusting report, so that the manufacturing precision of the segments meets the carrying operation requirement; s4, drawing folding lines at the folding positions of the segments; and S5, carrying the adjacent segments, and aligning the folding lines between the two adjacent segments to complete folding positioning between the adjacent segments. According to the method, the operation difficulty in the segmented carrying and folding stage is reduced, and the ship building period is shortened.
