    本发明提供一种无艉管套艉部分段的搭建方法,其以分段左侧为基面进行侧造,该搭建方法包括:S1、搭建曲面胎架,铺设左舷外板,并完成艉部铸钢件的上胎定位;S2、安装各平台及各肋板中的下部肋板、左侧肋板和上部肋板;S3,吊装艏部铸钢件;S4、拉钢丝绳作为艉部分段的轴孔中心线;S5、以钢丝绳为基准,调整艏部铸钢件与艉部铸钢件的相对位置,并完成焊接;S6、安装焊接各右中肋板和艉柱中龙筋;S8、分段翻身后焊接;本发明将传统立态建造模式修改为侧态建造模式,以克服立态状态下,艉部铸钢件因下方无艉管套支撑,极易导致分段变形和坍塌的不足,提高分段建造精度,并减少分段建造过程中的高空作业量,提高作业安全性。
