The invention discloses a novel thermal protection structure based on a sweating cooling theory. The novel thermal protection structure is compact in design and high in sweating cooling efficiency. The invention relates to a sweating cooling theory-based generic porous medium novel thermal protection structure, which comprises a liquid channel capable of circulating a coolant, a generic porous medium metal frame of a supporting structure, a coolant phase change space and a top windward wall surface structure part, a total liquid channel at the bottom is expanded upwards to form a branch-shaped fluid channel, and the channel change of each layer is connected with a six-way structure. The metal frame structure is of a generic porous medium structure form, and the interior of the structure is filled with dendritic fluid channels. The top windward structure is a solid of a hemispherical structure, isolation between fluid and the external environment can be achieved, and efficient heat exchange between the fluid and the external environment can be achieved.
