The invention discloses a porous material sweating cooling front edge structure, which comprises a multi-layer porous material layer and a cooling cavity arranged at one side of the multi-layer porous material layer, a coolant supply channel is arranged in the cooling cavity, the coolant supply channel is used for supplying a coolant to the cooling cavity, and the multi-layer porous material layer is used for supplying the coolant to the cooling cavity. Comprising an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, and the inner layer is made of a memory alloy porous material. According to the invention, the porosity of the porous material can be adaptively adjusted, the use amount of the coolant can be automatically adjusted, the use efficiency of the coolant can be effectively improved, the thermal protection effect of the high heat tip area part can be further enhanced, and the memory alloy material can be repeatedly used. The porous material sweating and cooling leading edge structure can be used for structures of nose cones of aircrafts, leading edges of rudders, leading edges of wings and other parts subjected to more high-temperature heat flow.

    本发明公开了一种多孔材料发汗冷却前缘结构,包括多层多孔材料层和设于所述多层多孔材料层一侧的冷却腔,所述冷却腔内设有冷却剂供给通道,所述冷却剂供给通道用以向冷却腔供给冷却剂,所述多层多孔材料层,包括外层、中间层以及内层,所述内层的材料为记忆合金多孔材料。本发明可自适应调整多孔材料的孔隙率,可自动调节冷却剂的使用量,有效提高冷却剂的使用效率,且可进一步增强高热尖端区域部位的热防护效果,而且所述记忆合金材料还可以重复使用。所述多孔材料发汗冷却前缘结构,可用于飞行器的鼻锥、舵前缘以及机翼的前缘等遭受更多高温热流部位的结构。
