The hoisting clamping jaw mechanism comprises a first fixing piece and a clamping jaw device, the clamping jaw device comprises a pull rod and a plurality of clamping pieces, the pull rod is connected to the first fixing piece and movably connected with the first fixing piece, one end of each clamping piece is connected with the first fixing piece, the pull rod comprises a first rod part, and the first rod part is located at one end of the pull rod; in the axial direction of the pull rod and in the direction far away from the first fixing piece, the cross sectional area of part of the first rod part is gradually increased, the multiple clamping pieces jointly clamp the circumferential surface of the pull rod, when the battery pack is hoisted, the first rod part slides upwards, and each clamping piece is opened by the first rod part, so that the clamping pieces move far away from the central axis of the pull rod; according to the lifting clamping jaw mechanism, the clamping pieces are arranged in the lifting holes, so that the clamping pieces abut against the inner walls of the lifting holes, the structure of the lifting clamping jaw mechanism is simplified, the manufacturing cost of the lifting clamping jaw mechanism is reduced, meanwhile, the clamping jaw device fixes a battery pack in the battery pack lifting process, the stability of lifting the battery pack is improved, self-locking can be achieved, and safety is improved.
