The invention belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and discloses a clamping and hoisting device and a mounting method of a wear-resisting plate, the clamping and hoisting device comprises a clamp and a hoisting mechanism, the clamp is correspondingly provided with two clamping parts, each clamping part is provided with an abutting part, and the abutting parts are arranged on the hoisting mechanism; the two abutting pieces can abut against the two sides of an object to be clamped so as to clamp the object to be clamped, and the hoisting mechanism is connected with the clamp and can hoist the clamp and control the clamp to ascend and descend. The mounting method of the wear-resisting plate is applied to the clamping and hoisting device. According to the clamping and hoisting device, when the wear-resisting plate is clamped, the two abutting pieces abut against the two side faces of the wear-resisting plate correspondingly to clamp the wear-resisting plate, then the clamp is controlled to descend through the hoisting mechanism, the position of the wear-resisting plate is adjusted in real time in the process till the wear-resisting plate is completely attached to a lower rail of a ship body, and therefore installation and positioning are completed; the mounting precision of the wear-resisting plate is guaranteed, auxiliary equipment and a positioning auxiliary process are omitted, and the mounting efficiency of the wear-resisting plate is improved.

    本发明属于船舶建造技术领域,公开了一种夹紧吊装装置及耐磨板的安装方法,夹紧吊装装置包括夹具和吊装机构,夹具上对应设置有两个夹持部,每个夹持部上均设置有抵压件,且两个抵压件能够分别抵压于待夹持物件的两侧以夹紧待夹持物件,吊装机构与夹具连接,吊装机构能够吊起夹具并控制夹具升降;耐磨板的安装方法应用上述夹紧吊装装置。本发明提供的夹紧吊装装置,在夹持耐磨板时,两个抵压件分别抵压在耐磨板的两侧面以夹紧耐磨板,随后通过吊装机构控制夹具下降,过程中并实时调整耐磨板的位置,直至耐磨板与船体的下路轨完全贴合,从而完成安装定位,保证了耐磨板的安装精度,省去辅助设备和定位辅助过程,提高了耐磨板的安装效率。
