The invention discloses an air spring damping suspension mechanism which comprises an air spring, a rotating disc, a support and a supporting rotating shaft, the air spring is installed between an upper fixing plate and a lower fixing plate, and guide columns are arranged at the two ends of the upper fixing plate in a penetrating mode; the guide column penetrates through the lower fixing plate and the support, the lower fixing plate is connected to the upper end of the rotating disc, a sleeve is arranged in the center of the rotating disc, and the supporting rotating shaft is sleeved with the sleeve and is in clearance fit with the sleeve. A first steering bearing bush and a second steering bearing bush are further connected to the supporting rotating shaft through key grooves, and the second steering bearing bush is hinged to the piston rod end of a steering oil cylinder. The upper end of the fifth nylon sleeve is sleeved with the support, the supporting rotating shaft penetrates through the fifth nylon sleeve and is in clearance fit with the fifth nylon sleeve, and the lower end of the supporting rotating shaft is connected with wheels; the air spring is adopted for damping, resonance can be effectively avoided, the supporting rotating shaft is sleeved with the sleeve through the round nut to be fixed, the nylon sleeve is arranged between the supporting rotating shaft and the sleeve to guarantee sliding and rotating of the supporting rotating shaft, and the structure is compact, simple and effective.

    本发明公开了一种空气弹簧减震悬架机构,包括空气弹簧、转盘、支架和支撑转轴,空气弹簧安装在上固定板和下固定板之间,上固定板两端穿设有导柱;导柱贯穿下固定板和支架,下固定板连接在转盘上端,转盘中心设有套筒,支撑转轴套装在该套筒内并与套筒间隙配合;支撑转轴上还通过键槽连接有第一转向轴瓦和第二转向轴瓦,第二转向轴瓦铰接在转向油缸的活塞杆端;支架套装在第五尼龙套上端,支撑转轴贯穿该第五尼龙套并与第五尼龙套间隙配合,该支撑转轴的下端连接有车轮;本发明采用空气弹簧减震,可有效的避免共振,支撑转轴通过圆螺母套装在套筒内固定,支撑转轴与套筒之间设有尼龙套保证支撑转轴的滑动和旋转,结构紧凑、简单有效。
