The invention discloses a ship berthing collision early warning method, a ship berthing collision early warning system and a storage medium, which are applied to the technical field of ship berthing and can accurately pre-judge the ship moving direction, realize early warning monitoring of ship berthing and reduce occurrence of ship berthing collision accidents. The method comprises the steps of obtaining ship automatic identification system data, and performing preprocessing to obtain ship preprocessing data; predicting through a preset neural network according to the ship preprocessing data to obtain a navigational speed predicted value and a navigational direction predicted value of the ship; inputting the navigational speed predicted value and the course predicted value into a ship trajectory kinetic equation model, and solving to obtain ship trajectory data; inputting the ship trajectory data into a preset iteration block for iteration to obtain a ship coordinate prediction sequence; fusing the ship radar data and the video monitoring data to obtain video target image data; fusing the ship coordinate prediction sequence and the video target image data to obtain a ship prediction trajectory image; and performing ship collision early warning according to the ship prediction track image to obtain collision early warning information.
