The invention relates to a wavelength selection emitter with thermal control management, an infrared selection emitter and application. The problems that an existing selective emitter is small in stealth wave band number, narrow in stealth spectrum range and difficult to apply practically are solved. The wavelength selective emitter comprises a substrate and a coating arranged on the upper surface of the substrate, and the coating of the wavelength selective emitter comprises at least one Ge coating and at least one YbF3 coating; the Ge coating and the YbF3 coating of the wavelength selective emitter are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the substrate from top to bottom in a staggered manner; or the YbF3 coating and the Ge coating are sequentially arranged on the upper surface of the substrate from top to bottom in a staggered manner; the lower surface of the wavelength selective emitter substrate is used for being connected with external to-be-camouflaged equipment; the infrared selective emitter comprises the wavelength selective emitter and a heat insulation layer arranged at the bottom of the wavelength selective emitter. The invention further provides the application of the two transmitters.
