The invention discloses a control method for optimizing the energy efficiency of an EECS (Electric Error Control System), which is characterized in that a traditional regional control strategy is changed into a combination of three-variable optimization and double-target control, the coefficient of performance (COP) of the system is taken as an index, and the COP is maximized by solving an optimal solution set of optimization variables under different working conditions. On the basis, the performance requirement of the system is met by resolving the values of the two control quantities through the controller. Firstly, a GRNN model is established, and the steady-state COP of a system under different working conditions can be accurately predicted through a large amount of off-line data training under various working conditions. Then, an optimization variable solution set corresponding to the optimal COP is searched in a solution space meeting component performance constraints through the DE algorithm; and finally, solving a corresponding control quantity at the optimal operation point through the controller, thereby realizing energy efficiency optimization control.

    本发明公开了一种飞机电动环控系统(EECS)能效优化的控制方法,将传统的区域控制策略改变为三变量优化与双目标控制的组合,以系统的性能系数(COP)为指标,通过求解不同工况下优化变量的最优解集来最大化COP。在此基础上,通过控制器解算两个控制量的值来满足系统的性能需求。首先,建立一个GRNN模型,通过各工况下的大量离线数据训练,使其能够准确预测不同工况下系统的稳态COP。随后,DE算法在满足部件性能约束的解空间内搜寻最优COP对应的优化变量解集。最后,通过控制器在最优的操作点下求解相应的控制量,从而实现能效优化控制。
