The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method and device fusing multi-source spatio-temporal data, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical flow data and trajectory data of regional traffic from 0 to t-1 moments; constructing a regional space-time relation graph according to the trajectory data; training the regional space-time relation graph according to historical flow data and a regional space relation to obtain a space feature vector, a time feature and a traffic flow feature of each region; fusing the spatial feature vector, the time feature and the traffic flow feature to obtain the spatial-temporal feature of each region at the t moment; according to the graph neural network and the spatio-temporal features, learning spatio-temporal correlation between the regions to obtain final region features; and performing prediction according to the full-connection neural network and the final regional features to obtain a traffic inflow prediction value and a traffic outflow prediction value. According to the method, the historical flow data and the trajectory data are fused, and time and space correlation are fused, so that the accuracy of traffic flow prediction is improved.

    本发明公开了一种融合多源时空数据的交通流量预测方法、装置及存储介质,方法包括获取0到t‑1时刻的区域交通的历史流量数据和轨迹数据;根据轨迹数据构建区域时空关系图;根据历史流量数据与区域空间关系对区域时空关系图进行训练,得到每个区域的空间特征向量、时间特征和交通流量特征;将空间特征向量、时间特征和交通流量特征进行融合,得到每一区域在t时刻的时空特征;根据图神经网络和时空特征对区域之间的时空相关性进行学习,得到最终区域特征;根据全连接神经网络和最终区域特征进行预测,得到交通流入量预测值和交通流出量预测值。本方法通过融合历史流量数据与轨迹数据,并对时间与空间相关性融合,提高了交通流量预测的准确度。
