The method comprises the steps that the current height of a lift car is detected, and the current wind speed of the lift car at the current position is detected; acquiring the current distance from the car to the bottom of the guide rail frame; calculating the horizontal offset of the lift car according to the current height and the current distance; inputting the current wind speed and the horizontal offset into a preset evaluation model to obtain a risk evaluation result; and generating alarm information according to the risk evaluation result. The wind power generation device has the effect of reducing loss caused by wind power.
