The invention discloses an intelligent construction hoist which comprises a power grid, a power box, slide wires, an electric control box, a power frequency and variable frequency changeover box, a motor, a brake, a console, a resistance box and an anemoscope. The intelligent construction hoist can run in a power frequency mode or a variable frequency mode. After an optional mode is faulted, the intelligent construction hoist can be immediately switched to run in the other mode by a changeover switch, the running speed of the hoist can be adjusted according to the actual carrying capacity of the hoist running in the variable frequency mode, and the use efficiency of the hoist is improved. Moreover, the intelligent construction hoist has a fault detection function, and the running state and fault information of the construction hoist can be timely fed back. Besides, the hoist is provided with a wind speed detector for detecting current wind speed in real time, an alarm can be given when the wind speed exceeds a safety use range, and the use safety coefficient of the construction hoist is improved. Finally, the slide wires supply power for the intelligent construction hoist, and running load of the hoist is further reduced.
