The invention belongs to the technical field of construction hoists, and particularly discloses an intelligent management system for a construction hoist. The intelligent management system comprises a suspension cage with an inlet and outlet in the side face, wherein a bearing cavity is formed in the suspension cage, and a closing door is vertically and slidably connected to the inlet and outlet. The intelligent management system further comprises a first infrared counter, a second infrared counter, a weight limiter, an alarm device and a controller. According to the management system, the number of passengers in the suspension cage and the weight of carried objects can be strictly managed, and casualties caused by safety accidents are reduced as much as possible while the construction efficiency is guaranteed.
