The cargo carrying platform trolley comprises a carrying platform, a driving wheel mechanism and two sets of lifting wheel mechanisms arranged on the front side and the rear side of the bottom of the carrying platform respectively, and each lifting wheel mechanism comprises a retracting and releasing mechanism, a telescopic mechanism connected with the retracting and releasing mechanism and a lifting trundle connected with the lifting mechanism. The retracting and releasing mechanism comprises a stepping motor arranged on the bottom surface of the carrying platform, a lead screw connected with the output end of the stepping motor, a ball nut arranged on the lead screw and a connecting rod hinged to the ball nut, and the lifting mechanism comprises a connecting piece arranged on the bottom surface of the carrying platform and an electric push rod hinged to the connecting piece; the connecting rod is hinged to the lifting mechanism; load bearing and moving are achieved through the arranged driving wheel mechanism, lifting of the whole carrying platform is achieved through the lifting wheel mechanism, the height of the carrying platform is reduced and collision is prevented by folding the front lifting wheel and the rear lifting wheel in sequence when goods are loaded and unloaded, the total height of the carrying trolley can be reduced, and meanwhile flexibility of the trolley is improved.
