The invention provides a vehicle control method, a vehicle control system and an automatic driving vehicle, and relates to the technical field of automatic driving. The vehicle control method comprises the steps that when a vehicle is in an automatic driving mode, a first torsion signal and a second torsion signal of a steering shaft of the vehicle are obtained; wherein the first torsion signal is a torsion signal of a steering wheel end of the steering shaft, and the second torsion signal is a torsion signal of a wheel end of the steering shaft; generating a control signal according to the first torsion signal and the second torsion signal; and controlling the next driving mode of the vehicle according to the control signal. According to the vehicle control method, the source direction of the torque applied to the steering shaft can be accurately recognized, the real takeover intention of a driver is accurately judged, the situation that an ECU controls a driving mode mistakenly is avoided, and the driving safety risk is reduced.

    本公开提供一种车辆控制方法、车辆控制系统及自动驾驶车辆,涉及自动驾驶技术领域。该车辆控制方法包括:在车辆处于自动驾驶模式时,获取车辆的转向轴的第一扭转信号和第二扭转信号;其中,第一扭转信号为转向轴的转向盘端的扭转信号,第二扭转信号为转向轴的车轮端的扭转信号;根据第一扭转信号和第二扭转信号,生成控制信号;根据控制信号控制车辆的下一驾驶模式。车辆控制方法可准确识别施加在转向轴上的转矩的来源方向,精确判断驾驶员的真实接管意图,避免ECU对驾驶模式控制失误,降低行车安全风险。
