The invention provides a control method and a control device of a charging pile, a storage medium and a processor. The method comprises the following steps: determining a power utilization time period of a current moment; detecting the SOC value of the energy storage module; detecting whether a charging request is received; and under the conditions that the charging request is not received, the current moment is in the electricity utilization peak time period and the SOC value is in the first preset range, controlling the AC-DC converter to be started, and adjusting the output power of the AC-DC converter to preset power, and under the conditions that the charging request is not received, the current moment is in the electricity utilization valley value period and the SOC value is in a second preset range, controlling the AC-DC converter to be started, and adjusting the output power of the AC-DC converter to a first maximum output power, the first maximum output power is the maximum value of the output power of the AC-DC converter under the condition that the normal work of the AC-DC converter is ensured. The method solves the problem that the charging pile cannot realize peak load shifting in the prior art.
