The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, and discloses a charging pile reservation charging method, a user interaction method, a storage medium and a processor, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a charging request; matching the charging request based on charging pile cluster information to obtain a matched charging pile; analyzing and processing the matched charging piles according to a plurality of preset use strategies to obtain a plurality of corresponding charging pile schemes; feeding back the plurality of charging pile schemes; obtaining a selection operation for the plurality of charging pile schemes; and executing a charging pile locking operation corresponding to the selected operation. The comprehensive charging pile information is provided for the user and demand matching is carried out, so that the optimal charging pile use scheme is provided for the user, the matching efficiency is improved, the waiting time is shortened, and the user experience is improved.
